Kids! Can you Really Get Divorced from your Parents

Kids are always inquisitive about ways they can be alone or out of range of the glaring eyes of their parents. In short, a way to get [divorce from parents]. This is an enigma many kids face as they find it difficult to follow the instructions or advice of their parents. Many feel they are over bothered, over charged or over pestered by their ever inquisitive parents. As many kids keep hearing about parents getting divorce from each other, they too wonder if they could possibly get a [divorce from parents] in a similar way or fashion. Most kids do not understand the fact that their parents are capable to look after themselves if left alone. As children do not have a source of livelihood they are trapped to live with their parents, whether they like it or not. Getting a [divorce from parents] is still not a legal solution for children of juvenile age and is usually referred as child delinquents. Most courts of law address juvenile cases to their guardians with a public prosecutor acting on the child’s behalf. These cases are usually referred to as abuse or neglect instances, wherein parents have ignored the needs or necessities to provide for their wards. Many children feel their parents do not spend enough time with them and hence a [divorce from parents] and a single life start seeming attractive. Most children spending time at juvenile facilities complain about abuse by other inmates, loneliness or isolation, but also are glad about being left alone from their guileless parents.
As of now, there are no federal or legal provisions for children of juvenile age to be allowed to live their lives on their own. Most have to declare themselves to the local authorities, if they decide to stay away from their parents. Most kids try to run away from home. This is because many find homework or school life difficult. Many kids do not want to attend school as they get bullied by other children or studies impossible. In all such scenarios, harried parents busy with their lives are of little help and children think of getting a [divorce from parents] to solve problems on their own. Many children are made to carry out errands at home on a daily basis. Many have sick members in their families such as grand fathers or grand mothers forcing parents to make kids cook for themselves and their families. Many children are ill treated by their siblings-sisters and brothers. Many parents do not interfere in such disputes and this makes children think of ways to get a [divorce from parents]. Also, if the neighborhood is made up of rogue or bullying children, kids have a tendency to be afraid of going out. Parents sometimes end up punishing children for their fears and phobias as they have limited time and energy for solving such issues. This makes the lives of such sensitive and over brooding children difficult and miserable. Kids are also teased and mimicked by other children for their faults and weaknesses. This makes them all the more vulnerable and paranoid of their surroundings.
Kids should try to understand the situation at hand and speak about it to their parents from time to time. They have to know why they are facing a problem and try to find a solution for the same. They should speak to parents about their troubles. Many kids speak to other children at school or in their neighborhood about their troubles. As parents love their children, they always try to solve their problems. Kids should understand working parents face many hardships and hurdles at home and work. Many have to stay up late at work forcing them to return late due to being overloaded by office work. Many parents have loans, debts or other financial obligations. This makes them lose sleep or restless as they keep wondering how to come to terms with them. Also, most parents are really worried of the grades their children are scoring at school, forcing them to yell or scold them. Most parents have trouble at work due to tight work schedules and hence might not be able to devote enough time to their children. Children should also understand that getting a [divorce from parents] is not only not possible but is also not a solution for ending one’s woes. The legal age for separation from parents is 18. Many children, who can work, see it as a solution to separate from their parents. Working at a burger or pizza outlet, as an apprentice at a work shop, or as a newspaper vendor, all seem a plausible option to opt out from a difficult home life. Though, these activities are not legally approved and might call for judicial inquiry.
